We produce a wide variety of printed materials and are looking for another reliable, detail-oriented production person to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys printing various projects, solving problems, and taking pride in finished work.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Production Print Team Member to help with day-to-day print production. This person will assist with printing, finishing (cutting, folding, and collating), quality control, and keeping jobs moving through the shop efficiently. We are primarily a digital based print shop, so Fiery experience is required . Understanding Impose, Compose, and Workflows within Fiery are essential. The ideal candidate is self-starting dependable, organized, extremely detailed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. Responsibilities Operate and assist with digital printing equipment Help set up, run, and finish print jobs Perform basic finishing tasks such as preflight, cutting, trimming, folding, binding, laminating, and collating orders Check printed materials for accuracy, color, quality, and correct finishing Keep the production area clean, organized, and above all else, safe Follow job tickets, instructions, and production schedules Communicate with team members about job status, issues, or questions Help load, unload, move, and organize materials Assist with shipping, delivery preparation, and general shop tasks as needed Assist and communicate with customers to answer questions and explain print Qualifications Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a good work ethic Ability to follow instructions and stay organized Comfortable working on your feet and using your hands Able to lift and move materials as needed (40-75 lbs) Willingness to learn our equipment, processes, and production standards Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Required Experience Digital printing experience (Canon, Konica Minolta, iJet Color) Experience with cutters, folders, laminators, bindery equipment, and/or finishing tools Familiarity with print files, job tickets, and production workflows Experience in a print shop, print manufacturing, or heavy production environment What We Offer We need someone who takes pride in doing the job right.
