A & B shifts (15 working days per month) Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to join our Day Shift (B). In this role, you will ensure efficient machine operation, maintain quality standards, and support smooth production flow. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Minimize scrap on assigned machines and verify correct color concentration
• Prepare for and monitor product changeovers, including ensuring line clearances
• Compare machine cycle times to production standards
• Support packers by packing bottles during breaks and lunches
• Verify proper operation of all downstream equipment
• Ensure good quality bottle production during machine restarts
• Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform minor repairs
• Complete required machine and production line reports
• Identify and respond to machine sounds, alarms, and alerts
• Assist the material operator as needed Essential Skills
• Machine operating and troubleshooting experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance

• 15‑day/month rotating shift schedule Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
• $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
