Door Plant Assembly Workers Location:

Johnston Pay:

$21-$26 based on skill set/experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm, plus one Saturday a month 8 am-noon Iowa Staffing is hiring Door Plant Assembly Workers to join a busy manufacturing team! This is a hands-on position assembling doors according to customer specifications and preparing finished products for shipment.

What You'll Do:

Assemble doors using power tools and machinery Read basic work orders and check orders for accuracy Move, stack, load, and unload materials Operate a forklift as needed Prepare doors for shipment Keep the work area clean and organized Perform other general door plant duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical work Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 lbs. with assistance when needed Manufacturing, assembly, power tool, or forklift experience is a plus!
