Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. This position would start on day shift for training and then turn into a split shift 12: 00 Pm to 8:30 PM once trained. Wages will depend on level of experience and an additional shift differential will be applied when the move to the split shift takes place. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines in a warehouse setting. Your primary duty will be to fabricate and embroider garments according to specifications.

Duties:

• Operate machines to embroider various garments
• Set up machines by selecting appropriate needles, threads, and fabrics
• Learn to digitize basic designs
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper stitching and quality control
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
• Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
• Communicate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator preferred but not neccassary
• Proficiency in operating sewing machines and other relevant equipment
• Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications accurately
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
