Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Paint Assembly to join their team. As a Paint Assembly, you will be part of the Service Team supporting mold preparation and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2nd and 3rd shifts, What's the Job? Perform all preparation activities to the molds prior to the start of packing operations. Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used for mold assembly and inspection. Document mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and removal processes accurately. Paint position available with paint experience Repair position available with construction experience Follow safety procedures and use all required safety equipment during operations. Support team efforts by providing technical guidance and training to colleagues as needed. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, lifting equipment, and documentation tools like Prisma. Ability to acquire PIME license, LOTO certification, and licenses for forklift, scissor lift, and Crown Wave. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work sitting, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. What's in it for me? Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
