Job Summary As an Assembly Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling motorcycle components with precision and efficiency. Your energetic approach will help ensure production runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout each shift. Duties Assemble motorcycle parts using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production specifications. Operate and manage equipment such as forklifts to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility. Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality control procedures to ensure product excellence. Conduct routine inspections of assembled components and identify any defects or issues requiring correction. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management by accurately handling warehouse materials and supplies. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes. Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment, with a focus on assembly line operations. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and perform basic mechanical tasks. Warehouse experience including forklift operation is highly desirable. Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures. Strong attention to detail, with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy active, physical work and take pride in producing tangible results. The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead, perform strong pinch and grip, push and pull up to 100 lbs, and stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day. The work is repetitive and fast paced, and attention to detail is essential. Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
