$18.00 - $21.00 to start depending on experience, up to $2.00 raise at 90 days 40 hours of PTO after 90 days Medical, Dental and vision insurance as low as $15 per week Monday through Friday with OT and Saturdays as needed 1st or 2nd shift available

What You'll Do:

Work Indoor and/or outdoor year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment Operate industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers Hand sort and separate materials based on metal type Operate forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience preferred Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes) Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift Strong work ethic and reliability Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Must complete a favorable drug test, background check, and physical A-Line EDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer
