Carmi Flavor and Fragrance Co. has an opening for a Production Mixing/Blending position Job Duties include: Adhere to Safety, GMP, SOP & SSOP Pick and Weighing ingredients accurately Mixing and blending ingredients following instructions in a safe manner. Handling equipment for mixing/blending. Sifting/screening powders. Packing out product in different packaging types, labelling product accurately according to production report, keeping detail record of all task (lot#, quantities processed, quantities packed out, sifting) Cleaning and Sanitizing equipment and production room according to procedure and safety requirements, keeping detailed record of the process. Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Work Conditions/Physical Capabilities:

Ability to handle heavy lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and work for most of the day Ability to drive forklift in a safe manner.

Work Experience Requirements:

Experience in powder and liquid blending preferred Experience following detailed procedures and completing accurate paperwork. Good Communication skills Good written and verbal English skills Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 3.30 pm Summary In the Production Blending & Mixing Position, you will be integral to the food manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency in blending and mixing ingredients. You will also leverage your premium skills in HACCP and sanitation to uphold compliance with GMP regulations.
