Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. As a Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to decorate a variety of materials. This is a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our garments are embellished accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities In this role, you will be instrumental in producing intricate and high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of materials, contributing to the unique offerings of our company Operate embroidery machines efficiently to create high-quality designs on garments, textiles, and accessories Set up machines with the correct thread colors and materials, ensuring all settings are adjusted according to the specifications of each project Load and edit design files in the embroidery machine, making necessary adjustments for size, color, and placement Monitor the embroidery process, making real-time adjustments to ensure the highest quality output Conduct quality checks on completed items, ensuring that the final products meet our stringent quality standards and client expectations Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine operation issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow efficiency Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure their optimal performance and longevity Manage and maintain an inventory of supplies, including threads, needles, fabrics, and other embroidery materials Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand and meet project requirements and deadlines Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in embroidery to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our products Strong understanding of embroidery machine operation and maintenance Ability to read and interpret design files and work orders

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
