Job Description

Cleanroom Packaging Technician Shift:
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Wage:
$19.00/hr Position Summary Seeking a hands-on Assembly, Inspection & Packaging Technician responsible for assembling, inspecting, cleaning, and packaging precision-manufactured components. This position works in a cleanroom environment and requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to follow established procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and package a variety of machined parts. Perform incoming inspection of parts received from outside vendors. Install coiled inserts into threaded holes manually and electronically. Press dowel pins into parts using an arbor press. Perform visual inspections to identify cosmetic defects or imperfections. Work periodically in a Class 5 cleanroom environment while following gowning procedures. Package screws, washers, and other components according to customer specifications. Use cleaning agents such as isopropyl alcohol. Operate hand tools, including hand sanders, as needed. Maintain accurate work practices while following standard operating procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience using hand tools. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints. Experience with basic computer systems and data entry. Familiarity with ERP software preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office or similar programs. Requirements Basic computer skills. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. (up to 25 lbs. with one arm). Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements. Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch as required. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections. Ability to work safely and efficiently while meeting production requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Environment Cleanroom manufacturing environment. Requires adherence to strict cleanliness and quality standards. May involve repetitive assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks. #INDBOI
