Job Description

Sapphire Metal Finishing is a job shop that provides anodizing services to machine shops and hobbyists in the north-west. We are involved in the finishing of electronics, scientific, medical, gun, knife, military, racing and power-sports parts. Our growing company is looking to add a line operator to our production team! The shift for this opening will run 7am-3:30pm with a starting rate of $17-$18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate or GED 2. Ability to work with others and help create a positive work environment 3. Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic 4. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift 25-50 pounds periodically. 5. US Govt. FFL (Federal Firearms License) permits do not allow us to hire individuals with felonies on their record.
