Grinder/Machine Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grinder/Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various grinding and machining equipment to produce high-precision components. Your expertise will ensure that parts meet strict quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and technical specifications. Reading blueprints is a plus to ensure accurate fabrication. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to verify dimensions and maintain quality control standards. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including tool changes and troubleshooting mechanical issues.. Requirements Some mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings is a plus. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools is a plus. Basic math skills necessary for measurements is a plus. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
