3003319608-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Agropur, a leading North American dairy cooperative, is seeking an HTST Operator to support safe, efficient pasteurization in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll operate and monitor HTST equipment to process milk and dairy ingredients, perform line setup and changeovers, conduct quality checks, and accurately document production data. You will complete CIP and sanitation, follow GMPs and food safety procedures, and support continuous improvement. Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams, you'll help ensure consistent product quality, reliability, and a safe work environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor HTST pasteurization equipment to process dairy products safely and efficiently Set up, start, adjust, and shut down HTST systems following SOPs and safety standards Perform quality checks, record processing data, and maintain accurate production logs Conduct CIP and sanitation of HTST system and related lines to meet food safety standards Troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues and escalate as needed Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety regulations in a manufacturing environment Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals Assist with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment changeovers Required Skills HTST operation Pasteurization processes CIP and sanitation procedures Food safety and GMP compliance Production data logging Basic mechanical troubleshooting Dairy or beverage processing Quality control testing support Lockout/tagout and safety awareness Reading SOPs and process diagrams
