Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring an experienced Blanchard Operator for a precision manufacturing company in Addison, IL. The ideal candidate will have previous Blanchard grinding experience and be comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

Schedule:

Monday-FridayPay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Available Start Times:

4:00 AM-12:30 PM5:00 AM-1:30 PM6:00 AM-2:30 PM7:00 AM-3:30 PM ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Blanchard grinding machinesDetermine machine setup based on job printsAdjust machine settings, feeds, and speedsLoad and feed materialsRead and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawingsMeasure parts using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gaugesInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyIdentify and report defective or non-conforming partsComplete production and shop-floor paperworkFollow safety procedures and PPE requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with coworkers and supervisorsParticipate in production meetings as neededZR#
