Duties Safely operate the guillotine or paper cutting machine to cut large volumes of paper and cardboard accurately according to specifications Perform routine machine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Load raw materials onto the machine, ensuring proper placement for efficient cutting operations Monitor the cutting process closely, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and precision Assist with material handling using forklifts or other warehouse equipment when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members in packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment or storage Qualifications Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery, especially guillotine or paper cutters, is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor machine issues quickly and effectively Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is a plus Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as flexo press, screen printing, or machining is advantageous Basic understanding of prepress workflows and packaging procedures helps ensure quality control Ability to perform physical labor consistently throughout shifts, including lifting heavy materials when required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times Join us in a role that combines physical activity with technical skill development! • Lifting Required Paper Converting and Laminating Company is looking for Machine Operators that will operate our Guillotine Trimmers / Paper Cutters and Paper Handling Equipment. We have Seybold and Lawson Paper cutters with the Southworth Handling loading and unloading Tables. Physical Labor

• Must be able to understand fractions

• This is a day shift position.
