Aurora, Illinois Our customer in Aurora, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're hiring full-time Machine Operators for 1st shift. In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain production machinery, ensuring quality output while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities of the

Machine Operator:

Set up and run production on locknut machines. Monitor machine operation to maintain consistent output and quality. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust machine settings as needed. Use measurement instruments such as calipers to check dimensions and tolerances. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times . Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a production team to meet daily production goals.

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery. Familiarity with measurement instruments, including calipers. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals, and basic geometry. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Prior experience with production machines, vibratory feed bowls, or automatic presses is a plus. Pay for
