Job Description Machine Operators are responsible for loading, operating, and unloading automated machinery used in the production of parts for the automotive, medical, and other key industries. Machine operators are responsible for operating the automatic machinery efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
Safety/5S/Housekeeping Adhere strictly to all safety policies, protocols, and work standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to a supervisor Quality Follow all quality protocols, policies, and standards of work Perform inspections using basic measuring tools Report any quality concerns promptly Work from work instructions, work orders, and routings. Machine Operation Operate automated machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards Load and unload materials, monitor for machine jams or malfunctions Visually inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications Record production and quality data accurately in logs, production boards, or systems Clean and maintain machinery according to maintenance guidelines Alert supervisors to material or equipment issues. Prepare time and production records

EDUCATION
High school diploma or G.E.D. required Basic proficiency in English required Basic math and reading comprehension skills
EXPERIENCE
Preferably 3 years of experience operating automated machinery in a manufacturing setting Willing to train candidates without prior manufacturing experience Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring/inspection equipment

Base Hourly Pay:
