Kitchen Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Operator to join a growing team at a refrigerated food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for preparing, mixing, and processing food ingredients while following strict food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a cold production environment. Kitchen Operator Responsibilities Drain and desalinate products as necessary Season and mix olives according to recipes and specifications Open cans, barrels, and other raw ingredient containers safely Accurately weigh and measure ingredients for quality and consistency Place prepared raw materials into appropriate containers Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations to prevent contamination Follow all safety protocols and workplace guidelines Work closely with production team members to ensure smooth operations and timely production

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Pay:

$19.00/hr

Kitchen Operator Requirements:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or kitchen production Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold environment Basic math skills for measuring and weighing ingredients Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
