The ideal candidate will operate a press to manufacture friction products in a production environment. This position requires safely operating the press, following standard work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour Schedule Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM-2:00 AM 10-hour shifts Machine Operator - Key Responsibilities Operate a Wabash 170-ton press safely and efficiently. Follow standard work instructions and production procedures. Monitor parts and materials throughout the production process. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Report equipment, production, or quality concerns to the supervisor. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Machine Operator Requirements Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Must meet the customer's attendance expectations.
