Moving English Full Job Description Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to add buildup to steel rule cutting dies according to customer job specifications.
Essential DutiesResponsibilities:
Adhere all types of ejection material to die board Select proper grade of corrugated stock for samples Operate Rubba cutter, CMS, Plotter and Sample Press Read and understand customer machine specifications Identify nonconforming material during inspection activities Documenting time on job card and CyFrame ERP system Comply with safety and employment policies of the company Report near-miss accidents and unsafe behaviors by co-workers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
High School graduate or GED equivalent Ability to read a tape measure
Physical Requirements :
Ability to speak and understand English Ability to stand throughout the entire shift Must know how to read specs Must be able to hear to listen to instructions Frequently lifting/moving die boards from one area of production to another Ability to lift 65 pounds
Environmental and Physical Working Conditions :
Constant noise
High Dust Levels General Comments:
This is a fast-paced environment. Employees must be able to work under pressure and time constraints to meet customer deadlines.
