$16.00
•$17.00/hour

•11:00 PM Now Hiring Machine Operators in Bloomington-Normal! Are you dependable, motivated, and ready to grow your manufacturing skills? We are seeking Machine Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities with a local Bloomington-Normal employer. Previous machine operating or production experience is preferred, but candidates who are eager to learn, take direction well, and demonstrate a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor equipment performance and product quality Load materials into machines and remove finished products
Qualifications:
Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Strong attendance and reliability Coachable attitude and willingness to accept feedback
