This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled, high-security production environment. You will help keep machines running properly, follow production procedures, and make sure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Operate and monitor production machines Perform basic machine checks and troubleshooting Load materials and monitor inventory during production Follow safety, quality, and security procedures Complete production documentation and basic data entry Work with Quality Assurance to maintain product standards Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. We will consider candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualified candidates should have:

Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience Ability to follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 15-50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Assembly Operator, Packaging Operator, Material Handler, CNC Operator, Press Operator, or general manufacturing associate is a plus. Work Environment This position is located on a fast-paced production floor in a high-security, climate-controlled facility. The role may involve standing, bending, lifting, and exposure to machinery noise. Hearing protection is provided if required.
