Job Overview Job Title:

Machine Operator Reports to: Production Supervisor (may take direction from Team Leader)

Location:

Bridgeview, Illinois, 60455

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, From 11:00 PM to 11:11 AM;

Pay:

$19.10/hour Core Responsibilities Set up and adjust machine components based on customer/work order specs. Operate machines to produce goods as ordered. Monitor machine operation, gauges, meters, and controls for safety, quality, and consistency. Respond quickly to equipment malfunctions. Perform quality checks using measuring tape, calipers, and gauges. Complete paperwork on waste, downtime, maintenance, and efficiency. Identify and report product or process issues. Maintain a clean work area using 6S practices. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

6-12 months related experience; familiarity with small hand tools and simple machine controls. Key Competencies Listening Organizational planning Safety and security focus Teamwork Time management Quick learning "on the fly" Physical ability: occasional walking, lifting, and moving paper rolls

Additional Details PPE:

Steel-toed boots required (provided by contractor); additional PPE provided on-site as needed.
