PM Key Responsibilities:

As a Batchmaker , you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality food products by accurately preparing and mixing ingredients while ensuring food safety and production standards are met.

Your responsibilities may include:

Performing all phases of the mixing operation, including measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients Reading and interpreting batch tickets to ensure accurate production Making adjustments to water and yeast levels based on temperature and humidity Operating mixers, conveyors, and robotic equipment safely and efficiently Completing batch tickets for lot tracking and product traceability Monitoring dough quality and making necessary process adjustments Performing sanitation and cleaning of mixing equipment Assisting with training new Batchmakers on procedures and best practices Supporting other production areas as directed by the supervisor Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial mixing Ability to read and understand batch tickets and production instructions Comfortable lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the shift Ability to climb step ladders and work safely around production equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working around machinery, strong food aromas, and airborne ingredient dust Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Why Work with Express Employment•Brookfield?
