AM Key Responsibilities:

As a Machine Operator , you'll play a vital role in producing quality food products while ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities may include:

Setting up equipment and preparing machines for production startup Verifying ingredients and confirming production batches with supervisors Filling and packaging products according to required weight specifications Monitoring packaging line quality and maintaining production standards Assisting with stacking finished products onto pallets as needed Completing production documentation accurately Maintaining product quality and food safety standards throughout production Assisting with inventory and cycle counts Cleaning equipment and work areas while following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of packaging or machine operating experience in a food manufacturing environment Ability to work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced production environment Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality Why Work with Express Employment
