Cleanroom Technician / Entry-Level Machine Operator Job Description This entry-level role focuses on operating production equipment in a cleanroom environment to support molding, assembly, and packaging of products. You receive direct training on your assigned shift and play a key role in ensuring that all products meet strict quality and customer specifications through careful operation, inspection, and documentation. Responsibilities Operate molding, assembly, or packaging equipment in accordance with defined product and process specifications. Package and label products accurately based on customer requirements and documentation. Perform thorough visual inspections of products to identify defects and verify compliance with customer specifications. Promptly report any visual defects or quality concerns to the designated Cell Leader. Complete all required production and workstation documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Follow cleanroom procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain a controlled and compliant environment. Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting and participating in process enhancements to eliminate non-value-added activities. Work effectively within a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, maintaining productivity and attention to detail throughout the shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.45/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
