In this temp-to-hire role, you will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and help produce critical medical devices in a clean and compliant environment.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Jumpsuit / Cleanroom GownHairnetSafety GlassesEarplugsSteel-Toe Shoes / BootsKey ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of automated or semi-automated medical manufacturing machinery.

Wear required PPE (jumpsuit, hairnet, safety glasses, earplugs, steel toes) consistently and correctly during shifts.

Perform quality inspections on finished medical components using basic measurement tools and visual checks.

Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom safety protocols.

Maintain accurate production logs, lot records, and material documentation.

Package and prepare finished medical products for sterilization or shipment.

Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
