This client is will to train individuals that are looking to learn precision forging. Client will train!
Hours:
1st shift 7:00 to 3:30 Monday to Friday 2nd shift 3:00 to 11:30 Monday to Friday) 3rd shift 11:00pm to 7:30 am Sunday night to Friday Morning plus overtime (Friday)
Pay Rate:
1st shift $21.00 an hour 2nd shift $23.00 an hour 3rd shift $24.00 an hour Work in a two to three-person team to forge and trim parts for use in automobile hub bearing units. Qualifications High school graduate or GED equivalent. Experience in manufacturing or mechanical work. Previous experience in metal manufacturing Knowledge of basic machine operation and controls. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to operate line equipment. Ability to recognize quality issues. Able to create, follow and document written plans. Proficient in basic shop mathematics. Responsibilities Forge and trim parts in a two-to-three person team for hub bearing units. Operate and adjust forge press safely per guidelines. Adjust die and tooling sets. Complete quality and production control documents accurately. Use gauges to measure and verify part dimensions. Communicate abnormalities to Supervisor. Follow PPE rules and 5S in the work area.
