Essential Role Responsibilities:

Sets-up, runs and tears down SMT equipment. Responsible for quality, safety, manufacturing efficiency and solutions. Produces quality product safely, meeting manufacturing efficiency standards. Escalates problems to floor leader and reduces defects such as missing, wrong, reversed parts and solder defects. Builds and tests control board assemblies utilizing a PC to retrieve various engineering documents including but not limited to schematics, assembly layouts, test procedures, and work instructions. Sets-up and operates surface mount equipment, reflow/wave solder ovens, various Ability to perform set-up of most system components Performs other related duties as assigned by Team Leader(s).

Shift Timings:

5.30 am - 3.30 pm, Monday -

Thursday Essential Skills & Role Qualifications:

Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes Must have strong electro-mechanical ability/aptitude, excellent hand and eye coordination Must be self-motivated, a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment as well as independently

Essential Education & Experience:

Minimum High School Diploma and/ or G.E.D (Required) additional education (Preferred). Coursework in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) 2-3 years electronic control manufacturing SMT experience using " Mycronic" pick & place machine (preferred) Experience troubleshooting and performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) on SMT Pick & Place Equipment 1-2 years assembly experience of electro-mechanical products Work Conditions & Safety Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics listed here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical Requirements:
