$28.29/hour Night shift premium: Additional $0.75/hour (if working nights)

Schedule:

12-hour shifts, Days 7 AM - 7 PM and Nights 7 PM- 7 AM, fixed 4-3 rotation Union Facility Amcor is hiring Extrusion/Lamination Operators to set up, run, and support extrusion machines in our Batavia manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role for candidates with machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting. What You'll Do Set up and run extrusion machines to meet production standards Perform quality checks and document results Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Record production data and maintain clean work areas Must Have At least 6 months of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment Experience operating, troubleshooting, or adjusting equipment Ability to work a fixed 4-3 schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Strong attendance, safety, and teamwork mindset Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Prior Extrusion/laminator operator experience is a plus Experience helping train or guide team members Basic computer proficiency and accurate measurement skills Benefits Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, disability, and life insurance starting day one 401(k) Benefit Paid time off and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Join Amcor and help produce quality packaging in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
