Cannabis Pre-Roll Technician Pay:

From $21.00 per hour Job description: Road Trip brands is seeking goal-driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional products to the Illinois cannabis market. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality products while maintaining lean manufacturing practices throughout every stage of production. Since our founding in 2021, Road Trip brands has grown rapidly in the pre-roll market, producing over 40 million pre-rolls! We are expanding production in Illinois and need the right people to join our team.

Job Duties:

Manufacture pre-rolls (Standard or Infused) Maintain strict quality control standards Package and label units Meet production targets and goals Operate machines and equipment Effectively communicate relevant information Clean tools, equipment, surfaces, and machines Attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

Sit, stand, bend, twist for extended periods of time. Repetitive motions performed over extended periods. Lift up to +/- 50lbs. Ability to work in loud environments. Ability to work in a fast pace manufacturing atmosphere. Strong attention to detail.

Education:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. One year of prior manufacturing experience. We invite applications from dependable individuals who are 21 years of age or older and available to work starting part-time shifts that will expand over time to full-time shifts. The shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m with assigned weeks to work. The starting wage is $21.00 per hour. Health benefits are offered following 60 days of continuous employment full time employment. After 120 days, employees become eligible for paid time off (PTO), with accrual beginning immediately upon hire.
