As our client base continues to grow, we're seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating beautifully maintained homes. Our team serves both busy families and vacation rental owners by providing high-quality home management, organization, and cleaning services that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary depending on the client and may include: Preparing luxury short-term rental properties between guest stays Detailed residential cleaning Laundry, folding, and linen management Organizing and maintaining household spaces Restocking household and guest supplies Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms Making beds and styling rooms to company standards Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing Reporting maintenance concerns or property damage Following detailed quality checklists and company procedures Creating a five-star experience for both homeowners and guests Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or home management experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail Ability to follow established systems, processes, and quality standards Flexible, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional client experiences Reliable transportation Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain active throughout the workday Smartphone for scheduling and communication What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who: Take pride in producing consistently high-quality work Notice details others often overlook Are organized, dependable, and professional Treat every client's home with care and respect Enjoy creating welcoming, well-maintained spaces Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn Schedule Flexible scheduling Primarily daytime hours Some weekends and holidays required based on client needs and booking schedules Hours vary depending on demand Availability between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. is required for short-term rental turnover clean Compensation & Growth $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and performance Paid training Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement into Lead positions as the company continues to grow About Bless My Mess Bless My Mess is the home management division of Jessica Diane Consulting.
