Job Description

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II with strong experience in autoinjector assembly and packaging operations within a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment. This role supports the packaging of injectable products, including pre-filled syringes and autoinjector systems, while ensuring compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations. Key Responsibilities Operate and set up packaging equipment including autoinjector assembly, labeling, blister packaging, serialization, check weighers, and auto-cartonators Perform line clearance, in-process inspections, and equipment verification/calibration Complete batch records, logbooks, and GMP documentation accurately and on time Troubleshoot packaging equipment and support continuous production improvements Maintain cleanroom standards and follow all SOPs, safety, and cGMP requirements Support material verification, sample submission, and packaging operations with minimal supervision Qualifications 2-3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or injectable manufacturing experience Hands-on experience with autoinjector and pre-filled syringe packaging operations Experience operating labeling, blister packing, serialization, and carton packaging equipment Strong understanding of GMP documentation practices and regulated manufacturing environments (FDA/MHRA preferred) Ability to troubleshoot equipment and work independently in a fast-paced production setting Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field preferred Preferred Skills Experience with systems such as SAP, LIMS, POMS, or NetSuite Knowledge of injectable manufacturing and aseptic operations Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and teamwork skills INDBH #LI-BH1
