Responsibilities Weigh and mix raw materials according to specifications. Set up and operate production equipment. Monitor production and perform basic quality checks. Complete batch records and production documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow safety, quality, and cleaning procedures. Assist with inventory and training new team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of manufacturing, compounding, or chemical processing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Good teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
