Job Description

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Metal Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in assembly and production. No previous experience is required — we are willing to train motivated and reliable candidates. Responsibilities Assemble metal parts and components using hand and power tools Follow work instructions and production guidelines Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with packaging and material handling as needed Meet daily production goals Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Ability to use basic hand tools Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Steel-toe shoes required Preferred Skills Mechanical aptitude Ability to read a tape measure Team-oriented mindset Work Environment Manufacturing/warehouse setting On-the-job training provided Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule & Pay 2nd shift Schedule 2pm-10pm Monday- Friday Full-time opportunities available Mandatory Overtime- 2nd shift (2pm-12pm Monday-Friday)
