$17/hour 2nd and 3rd
Shift Grinding:
$18/hour 1st
Shift Assembly:
$15.50/hour 2nd and 3rd
Shift Assembly:
$16.50/hour

Pay Rate:
$15.50 - $18.00 / hour
Duties:
We have two departments we are hiring for: Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to: Maintaining a safe work environment Responsible for completing control plan inspections Load, unload, sort, and inspect proper parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensure accurate assembly. Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment. Completes line start-ups and changeover activities Completes other job duties as delegated by the department's Shift Supervisor or Manager Cross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demands Steel-toed boots are required .
Position Requirements:
Assembly:
Required to lift up to 45 pounds frequently; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl
Grinding:
Same requirements as assembly, with occasional pushing/pulling up to 80 pounds; rarely lifting more than 80 pounds. Manufacturing experience not needed. Ability to perform basic math, all units of measure Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 50 pounds, required education: HS Diploma or GED The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee''s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
