We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our precision molding team. In this role, you will produce and inspect small, high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in detail-focused production settings. Operate molding machines to produce precision plastic components. Load and unload parts from molding machines. Separate, de-gate, and de-flash molded parts. Use hand tools such as clippers, pliers, and Exacto knives. Inspect parts for defects using magnification tools or microscopes. Verify measurements of critical part features. Package finished parts according to specifications. Complete basic production and quality paperwork. Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
