Have the drive to succeed? Join the Staff Management | SMX team at Flex-N-Gate, a leading manufacturer, in the Effingham, IL, area as an Assembly Manufacturing Operator. This is a full-time factory and warehouse opportunity available for the following shifts: 1st
Shift:
7:00 am to 3:00 pm, $20.00/hour 2nd
Shift:
3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, $21.00/hour 3rd
Shift:
11:00 pm to 7:00 am, $21.00/hour

Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $21.00 / hour
Duties:
Machine Operators will have the following responsibilities and skills: Maintain a safe and clean factory & warehouse environment while complying with safety and environmental policies Make adjustments to parts as needed Inspect and pack parts, ensuring quantity and quality meet standard manufacturing requirements Perform the job at the required rate Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Ability to twist, bend, and reach Grasp and pinch material Basic math and the ability to read and understand instructions Basic computer skills with the ability to learn client computer systems The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work within deadlines High attention to detail and organized in approach Ability to work overtime, when required .
Position Requirements:
Ability to manually assemble parts by utilizing hand tools and power tools Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus Ability to work in positions changing from standing to bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. of parts and boxes Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish team goals Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Asistencia de traduccion de aplicaciones en espanol disponible Asistans pou tradiksyon aplikasyon an disponib an panyol
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 30 pounds, required education: HS Diploma or GED The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee''s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
