Job Summary This role is an entry-level to mid-level manufacturing machine operator / production associate position in an industrial production environment. The main responsibility is operating and monitoring machines used in grinding, assembly, broaching, or turning processes while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. 1st shift Monday-Friday from 7am-3:10pm $19 2nd shift Monday-Friday from 2pm-11:10pm $21.50 3rd shift Sunday- Thursday from 11pm-7:10pm $22 Main Responsibilities Operate production machinery and follow work instructions Start up and shut down machines properly Load parts and materials into machines or conveyors Inspect parts for defects and measure components using precision tools Replace worn machine tools like grinding wheels or inserts Troubleshoot machine alarms and report issues to maintenance technicians Record production and quality data Use barcode inventory systems Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S practices) Qualifications Proficiency in operating stamping presses and other manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the to troubleshoot machinery effectively. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers. Math skills for measurements and calculations related to production processes. Experience in a factory or manufacturing facility working with metal is preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs PPE required such as steel toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and bump cap
