Machine Operator / Operador de Máquina (3rd Shift / Bilingual)
Pay, Perks & Benefits Starting Pay:
$22.00 per hour +
Weekly Overtime Available Schedule:
3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Great for night owls
Location:
Franklin Park, IL (On-Site)

What We Are Looking For Language:

Experience:
At least 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience.
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, minor troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset.
Responsabilidades / What
You Will Do Join an industry-leading metal manufacturing facility specializing in coil coating and aluminum/steel processing.
Operation:
Set up, operate, and monitor fast-paced production machinery.
Material Handling:
Feed raw materials into production lines and keep equipment running efficiently.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished metal products for defects and customer specifications.
Logistics:
Package, band, wrap, and prepare processed materials for safe shipment.
Maintenance:
Perform basic machine checks, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting. Work Environment Large, modern metal processing and manufacturing facility (painting, slitting, and finishing steel/aluminum). Fast-paced production setting with a strong focus on teamwork and safety. Supportive, diverse workforce with a large Spanish-speaking employee base. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Park, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
