Position Summary We are hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Franklin Park. In this role, you will operate production equipment, inspect parts, and help the team meet quality and production goals. Responsibilities Operate assigned machinery after training and follow work instructions. Load and unload materials and monitor equipment during production. Inspect finished parts for visible defects and report quality concerns. Record production counts and communicate equipment issues to a supervisor. Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work accurately in a production environment. Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
