Franklin Park, IL Pay Rate:

$18.90

Hours:

3:30pm to 11:30pm with OT and Saturdays as needed.

Setup and Operate Automatic polishing machinesExpand part fixture holding devices as requiredAdd inserts or spacers to ensure proper finishAdjust machine heads to ensure proper finishReplace compound barrels as necessaryAdjust wheel feeds to ensure proper contact and finishVisually inspect parts for proper finishAdjust, feed and replace wheels as necessaryChange over equipment for production runsReplace and change wheels based on part configurationMaintain compound flow at polishing guns, and adjust spray pattern to ensure proper finishClean and clear all compound gun problemsOperate Automatic polishing machine by loading parts on fixture, unload partsClean machine at end of shiftNotify supervisor of operational issuesPrepare production reports as requiredKeep area clear of congestion
