YOU MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous Machining experience. Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment. Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include preparing parts for a furnace operation, monitoring furnace performance, loading/unloading furnace, and ensuring the highest level of quality are being produced. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Assemble and load key components into Furnace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues. Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks. Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements. Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively. Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
