PURPOSE OF POSITION

To provide assistance with daily requirements of production and maintain a clean working area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of required material to run the designated line Maintain a clean work area Ensure proper quality control of finished product Prepare required material for end product Notify supervisor of quality defects Knowledge to operate any machine in designated area, Assist with the training of new operators, Set up designated equipment with minimal supervision from Team Leader/Lead Hand Follow and adhere to daily production schedule Read and fully complete all necessary documentation Effectively communicate and obtain crucial work related information prior to shift change Clean and maintain tools, designated equipment and machinery Troubleshoot designated equipment Responsible to ensure efficient productivity and quality for designated equipment All other duties as assigned

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous manufacturing experience is an asset Work experience with minimal supervision Able to read a measure tape Good communication skills, written and verbal

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Grade 12 or equivalent is an asset

REQUIRED TRAINING

All applicable Occupational Safety and Health Regulations Olon specific training for designated position

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB

Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs on a frequent basis and 50lbs on occasion
