JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary This position is responsible for retrieving raw materials, weighing and mixing ingredients, filling containers, operating forklifts, and supporting shipping and receiving processes within a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are representative but not all-inclusive: Receive daily batch assignments from the Lead Batch Maker and Technical Director Pre-stage raw materials for upcoming batches using pick lists in coordination with the Inventory Technician Verify stock levels of raw materials and components Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, ingredients, and products to meet specifications Blend raw materials using appropriate equipment according to batch card specifications Coordinate sample requests with the Quality Control Lab for testing, batch approval, or adjustments Safely transfer materials, supplies, and finished products between storage and work areas using forklifts and material-handling equipment Transport empty drums and unused raw materials to designated storage locations Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Proactively identify and address safety concerns; follow all safety and PPE requirements Clean, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on equipment; notify supervisor of any repair needs Shift Information1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 1:30 AMQualifications & Skills Basic computer skills required Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately Ability to read, write, and complete documentation legibly Forklift experience preferred (or ability to be trained) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Requires standing, lifting, and operating material-handling equipment
