Batch Maker - 1st Shift Alsip, IL $22/hour 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring a Batch Maker for our valued client in the Alsip area. Job Responsibilities Follow formulas and standardized work instructions Operate mixers safely and efficiently Ensure proper material identification and lot traceability Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Complete required paperwork accurately Follow all safety and training requirements Work independently while supporting team goals Level 1 Batch Maker (Advanced) Inspect and approve formulations Successfully batch all formulas on all mixers Serve as a designated buddy trainer Troubleshoot and prevent batch deviations Assist with PIT operations as assigned Expert knowledge of multiple mixers/product groups Qualifications Strong communication skills Positive, can-do attitude Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and prioritization skills Professional and team-oriented mindset Able to work cross-functionally with other departments Education & Experience Minimum 4 years of batch making/compounding experience High School Diploma or GED required How to Apply and in person Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm at our Alsip, IL location:
