This role ensures machines are properly set up for production runs, operating efficiently, and producing parts that meet quality standards.
Shift Availability:
1st: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities Set up, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production machines Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and setup instructions. Verify proper alignment, clearances, and calibration of tools prior to production. Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate setup documentation and records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or tooling setup role. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with hand tools, precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and setup equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Basic math skills (including measurements and tolerances).
