Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and proactive individual to join our premier manufacturing facility, which is celebrated for its bright, orderly workspace and collaborative culture. This role is perfect for someone eager to advance their career in a hands-on production environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the daily operation of injection molding equipment. Manage the loading and unloading of components while providing support during mold changeovers. Observe equipment performance to ensure any technical issues are identified and reported promptly. Conduct thorough visual and dimensional checks to uphold our high quality standards. Facilitate the movement of completed goods and process scrap material to support sustainability efforts. Ensure all production logs and inventory counts are documented with precision. Contribute to a tidy, efficient, and hazard-free workspace for the entire team. Collaborate effectively with veteran operators and technical staff to achieve production goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of High School Diploma or GED. Between 1 and 3 years of relevant machine operation background, with preference given to those with plastics industry experience. A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong desire to acquire new skills. Meticulous attention to detail to help maintain our commitment to product excellence. Physical capability to consistently lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. A dependable team-oriented mindset and a motivated work ethic.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
