WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the operation of injection molding machines Load and unload parts and assist with mold changes Monitor machines and report malfunctions Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections Move finished products and grind scrap material for reuse Maintain accurate production and inventory records Help keep the department clean, organized, and safe Work closely with experienced operators and technicians

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of machine operating experience; plastics experience is a plus Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly Reliable team player with a go-getter attitude
