•22/hour | Weekly Pay Monday-Friday | Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Looking for Your Next Manufacturing Opportunity? We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Carol Stream! We are looking for dependable candidates with hands-on experience operating CNC machines, plastic molding equipment, or any type of production/manufacturing machinery . If you have experience operating machines and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, we would like to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed Monitor equipment during production Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic blueprints Complete production and quality paperwork Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance Report machine or quality issues to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals What We're Looking For Machine operating experience is required or strongly preferred.

Experience can include:

CNC machines Plastic molding machines Injection molding Press machines EDM machines Manufacturing/production machinery Other industrial or automated equipment We are also looking for candidates who have: Manufacturing or production experience Basic mechanical skills Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment Ability to read and follow instructions Ability to recognize quality issues Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$19

•22/hour depending on shift and experience 1st

7:00 AM

•3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM

•11:30 PM Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Weekly Pay Overtime may be available, including some weekends depending on production needs.
